Pastoring is a balance. There has to be adequate communication of the Pastor’s vision, the ability to motivate through messages, knowing to equip others for ministry, having the ability to manage time and energy, but most important, not be afraid of raising money or talking about because of the world’s viewpoint on it. Those who write the agenda must also be able to underwrite it.

A conviction is something you’ll die for and an opinion is something you will always argue about. The leadership is on one accord and not in one accord meaning that they are not all alike but are drawn to the same message about Jesus Christ. God wants his church to be alive and grow. All living things grow. A healthy church has clarified convictions the Great Commission. The world needs a combination of message and personality and is desperately looking for an authoritative message in a humble personality.
- Leadership with a thorough organizational pattern around the gifts of God’s people
It involves more than job descriptions for deacons or elders. The church must be built around the gifted people God has given our church so that it could fit in every culture and every age. All of this amounts to believing that the church should grow, that the pastor should lead its growth, and that every member is responsible to carry out the ministry that grows it.
